We believe our management team is well-positioned to identify and evaluate businesses within the electronic vehicle industry that would benefit from being a public company and from access to our expertise. Their extensive experience includes debt restructuring, corporate reorganizations, private placements and initial public offerings, as well as investments, asset management and incubation of businesses across Europe and Southeast Asia.
Our management team is led by Peter Bilitsch, who brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across numerous engagements with a focus in finance, capital markets, investment management, and business growth working with a range of businesses from start-ups to established enterprises. Mr. Bilitsch has been involved in equity capital market transactions across Europe, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, and Philippines in various industries including healthcare, consumer goods, real estate investment trusts (REITs), energy including renewables and solar, consumer goods, microfinance, semiconductors, transport, and retail. Supporting Mr. Bilitsch is Mr. Weng Kiat (Adron) Leow, our Chief Financial Officer, who brings in experience as Chief Financial Officer and more than 25 years of experience in finance. Our management team will be supported by Mobiv Acquisition Corp’s independent directors, its sponsor, accountants, and legal counsel.
According to McKinsey & Company, SPACs that are led or co-led by executives with past C-Suite experience, rather than solely by investors, tend to outperform through the deal cycle. After at least 12 months of publicly available trading data, operator-led SPACs have shown to trade at a 40% premium compared to other SPACs and about 10% higher than their industry peers (by about 10%).
Peter Bilitsch
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Peter was a Director for CIMB Investment Bank covering regional capital markets, including Malaysia, Thailand, and the Philippines. During his tenure at CIMB, he raised more than USD 14 billion of equity capital.
Peter began his career with Goldman Sachs in London, working on international IPOs and follow-on equity offerings, and was a trader for Citadel Investment Group in London and Tokyo.

Adron Leow
Chief Financial Officer
Since June 2022, Adron has served as Chief Financial Officer for Revenue Group Berhad, a payment processing IT company listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia. He is also currently holding the portfolio of Managing Director for ALLF Management Group.
Previously, Adron was the COO for Galasys PLC, where he was responsible for the growth of international business development and expansion of the group’s business outside of China.

Lloyd Bloom
Independent Director
Lloyd is a Managing Partner at Eclipse Market Solutions. Prior to that he was Executive Director for Mitsui & Co. Commodity Risk Mgmt, and the Managing Director of El Paso Energy Europe.Lloyd has a wealth of experience in the energy and commodities markets, having run some of the biggest energy trading operations in Europe.
He started his career in insurance risk management as an actuary before becoming a Rapid Pit Option Trader on the NY Commodity Floor, where he was making consistent profits.

Garry Peagam
Independent Director
Garry has a proven track record of managing B2B and B2C businesses in energy, manufacturing and services, with experience in IPOs, and M&As in the UK and overseas.
Garry is also a seasoned Chair and Non-Executive Director, a former Group Finance Director of Stanley Security Solutions Europe, where he oversaw the sale of FTSE listed Blick Group PLC to Stanley Black & Decker Inc.,a Fortune and S&P 500 Company.
Previously, Garry floated two companies on AIM in the UK, and is FCA certified with Arthur Andersen.

Niels Strohkirch
Independent Director
Niels has more than 25 years of international experience in operations & finance for automotive, retail & technology companies in Asia Pacific and Europe.
Currently , Niels is the head of Strategy & Transformation of Fujitsu Services GmbH in DACH and was previously CFO of Theron Sciencworcs AG. He was also earlier involved in CityTransformer’s Round A financing in 2018.
Niels was also CFO for DAIMLER CHRYSLER in Malaysia, and Senior Manager in Germany.
